This platform is used for booking tickets for events such as concerts, live shows, waterparks, and amusement parks. Users must provide accurate information while making a booking.
Payments are processed using UPI-based QR or intent methods. Each payment request is time-bound and must be completed within the validity period shown on the screen.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Tickets that have already been scanned or used are not eligible for refunds.
Event schedules, performers, or venues may change due to unforeseen circumstances. The platform is not responsible for such changes unless explicitly stated.
We act solely as a ticketing and payment facilitation platform. Entry management, event execution, and venue policies are the responsibility of the event organizer or venue authority.
User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store sensitive financial information such as UPI PINs or card details.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
